Grief Relief’s Services
At Grief Relief, LLC, we understand that life’s challenges can sometimes feel overwhelming, leaving you lost and uncertain about how to move forward. If you’re grappling with the weight of grief, trauma or a recent crisis, know that you’re not alone.
Who We Serve
We are dedicated to serving adults and first responders within Pennsylvania who are grappling with grief and trauma. We also provide crisis intervention services, so if your employees, students or members of an organization experienced a recent crisis, we can help. Whether you’re facing the loss of a loved one, navigating the aftermath of a traumatic event, or simply feeling overwhelmed by life’s challenges, our team is here to help you find your way forward.
Our commitment to supporting those who serve our communities extends to our partnership with On the Job and Off, in the First Responder Assistance Program (FRAP) initiative. This groundbreaking program, which continues to grow exponentially throughout the state, provides mental health services to first responders. FRAP is one of the first initiatives to enter into contracts with PA counties where the county agrees to pay for a given amount of therapy sessions exclusively for first responders from Lisa S. Zoll and her team. Right now, Cumberland is the only county to participate in FRAP, but we expect to build contracts with other Pennsylvania counties in the coming years.
Types of Therapy We Offer
We provide a range of therapeutic services designed to meet you where you are on your journey. Our offerings include:
1. Individual Therapy: Our one-on-one therapy sessions provide a safe and supportive space for you to explore your emotions, process your experiences, and develop coping strategies tailored to your unique needs.
2. Couples Therapy: Several of our therapists offer therapy for those who are having difficulties within their relationship. Our licensed therapists can help you and your partner strengthen your relationship, improve communication, and support each other through difficult times.
3. In-Person and Virtual Therapy: We understand that life can be busy and unpredictable, which is why we offer both in-person and virtual therapy sessions. Whether you prefer the convenience of online sessions or the comfort of face-to-face interaction, we’re here to accommodate your preferences and needs.
Crisis Intervention Services We Offer
In addition to providing grief and trauma therapy to adults and first responders, Grief Relief LLC also offers crisis intervention services. This is made possible through their GRIT (Grief Relief Intervention Team) platform. When a traumatic or stressful event happens, you can call us and we will send a licensed therapist and one crisis-trained responder to you.
These services are available for the general public, businesses, schools, and first responders. We offer several levels of support, tailored toward the needs of your organization, community or group. We are here to help you when you need it most.

Trauma Therapy
Unlike other therapy clinics who treat a wide array of mental illnesses, we exclusively provide therapy to people who have experienced traumatic events in their personal or professional lives.
First Responder Services
We specialize in providing support for first responders by partnering with PA counties. Several of our staff members served as first responders prior to becoming therapists.
Crisis Intervention
When a traumatic event occurs, it can impact everyone involved. Through our training in Critical Incident Stress Management (CISM), we help those impacted by the event.
