The therapy we offer is exclusively for adults and first responders in Wormleysburg, PA and the surrounding areas. Getting Started
Before your first appointment with one of our therapists, you’ll need to fill out various patient forms. You can either come to your appointment a half an hour early to do so or you can conveniently fill them out online.
In addition to filling out the patient forms, please take a look at our Client Handbook, Notice of Privacy Practices, and a list of the insurance companies we work with. We want to give you all the information you need to have a positive experience. If you have additional questions or need directions to our office, visit our contact us page.
Resources for Established Patients
Once you’ve established care with our therapy office, we provide access to our patient portal to make things easier for you. On this portal through AdvancedMD, you can save credit card information for billing future visits, pay therapy session bills, view your scheduled appointments, and so much more. If you need help accessing your patient portal or have any additional questions for our staff, don’t hesitate to reach out.
Our Cancelation Policy
Our goal is to provide all our client’s quality care. When scheduling an appointment, we are holding that space just for you. This means that the space is no longer available to other clients. If a cancellation is necessary, we require that you call at least 24 hours in advance.
If you do not give us 24 hours’ notice and have to cancel your appointment, you will be billed $25.00.
Anyone who does not show for their scheduled appointment time will be charged the No-Show fee of $120.00.
These charges are your responsibility; insurance will not cover these fees.
