Lisa’s goal is to provide a space where your mental, emotional, physical and spiritual health heals and thrives. Lisa strives to help you identify your goals and work toward clarity, healing, and overall wellbeing in a client-centered environment.
Lisa utilizes an integrative/eclectic approach with therapeutic modalities including Dialectic Behavioral Therapy (DBT) informed care, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and Humanistic Therapy. Lisa works with individuals experiencing a variety of challenges including, but not limited to, anxiety, depression, trauma, loss, stress, adjustment, relationship dynamics, and personal growth.
Lisa received her Master’s degree in Social Work from Temple University in 2004. She has experience working with end of life via hospice. In addition, she has experience assisting individuals with chronic illness manage their emotional and mental health needs.
