LSW

Alexandra (Alex) is passionate about working alongside clients in a supportive and collaborative way as they navigate life’s challenges. She enjoys incorporating creative approaches that align with each person’s unique needs and interests, helping make the therapeutic process feel engaging and personal.

Alex’s approach to therapy is person-centered, strengths-based, and trauma-informed, with a focus on meeting clients where they are. She draws from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Narrative Therapy, while also integrating art, music, writing, and other creative outlets when helpful. Her clinical experience includes working with incarcerated individuals as well as children and families involved in the foster care system.

As a Licensed Social Worker and graduate of Shippensburg University’s Master of Social Work program, Alex is committed to helping clients feel heard, supported, and empowered throughout the therapeutic process. Some of her professional interests include anxiety, depression, trauma, antagonistic relationships, and the impact nutrition can have on mental and emotional well-being. She believes that small goals matter and that meaningful change often begins with manageable steps that build confidence and momentum over time.
