Jamie Fredericks is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in the state of Pennsylvania and New York. She has a master’s degree in social work from Syracuse University. Her undergraduate is in human development and public justice from SUNY Oswego.  Learning is important to her and continuing her education and training will better serve those she helps.

Jamie Fredericks utilizes a person-centered and strength-based approach when meeting with individuals. She believes that you are the expert in your own life and she can help achieve your goals. She wants to be by your side and help you navigate life’s twists and turns and being your best self.

Through her experiences working in the mental health field, Jamie Fredericks learned the importance of looking at the impact of systems that surround an individual. She also come from a law enforcement and military family. While she never served or been active in these fields, she experienced the loss of a loved one who was. 

Grief, loss, trauma and even therapy itself can be overwhelming.  Let us work together in a trusting and open space.
