Natalie strives to create a collaborative and non-judgmental therapeutic environment. She uses a person-centered and trauma-informed approach to help you pursue your goals and work toward becoming the best version of yourself. Whether you are looking for additional support, guidance through a challenging situation, or concrete strategies to create changes in your life, Natalie would be happy to work with you!
Natalie utilizes several therapeutic modalities including Dialectic Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and solution-focused therapy, tailoring her approach to each individual’s needs. She works with individuals experiencing a variety of challenges including anxiety, depression, trauma, loss, life changes, LGBTQ+ issues, and women’s issues.
Natalie received her Master’s degree in Social Work from George Mason University in Virginia. She has experience working in a variety of therapeutic settings providing individual therapy and group therapy, as well as assisting children in special education, and supporting older adults in long-term care.
