Who We Serve
Founded in 2019 by Lisa Zoll, Grief Relief LLCโs main goal is to guide people through the healing journey of restoring oneโs mental health. We accomplish this by helping them process their past through proven therapy approaches and techniques so that they can live forward.
Although we are qualified to help patients manage many mental illnessesโsuch as anxiety and depressionโwe specialize in providing treatment for grief, loss, trauma, and PTSD.
Our involvement in the community goes beyond our therapy services, we created the GRIT (Grief Relief Intervention Team) platform to provide crisis intervention in group settings with the general public.
A portion of our time goes toward offering CISM (Critical Incident Stress Management) debriefings to front line workers after theyโve experienced a particularly traumatic call or event. In addition to leading CISM debriefings to first responders throughout PA counties, we provide trauma-focused therapy for first responders at no cost through our involvement in Cumberland Countyโs FRAP (First Responder Assistance Program) which is expanding to additional counties in the state.
